The Interview Board members were informed that advertisement for the post had been published in Kailawn (Hnahthial Daily) for two days, and was circulated in social media (Facebook & Whatsapp) for three days. There were two applicants for the post.

 

After interviewing the two applicants by considering their respective background and performance, the Interview Board selected the following person for Health Worker (ANM) for Hoi Philoi TI-IDU Project, Sub-DIC & Satellite OST Center at Hnahthial:

The Interview Board wishes to sort Panel List. However, the second candidate withdrew due to family problem; therefore, there cannot be Panel List.

 

Appointment Letter, Emolument Sheet, TI-IDU ToR, HR Polices, Finance Policies and other important documents will be e-sent directly to the selected candidate.

 

The selected candidate is informed to undergo ‘Basic Orientation on OST’ as early as possible under the supervision of Dr. Christina Vanlalhriatrengi. She is informed to communicate the concerned doctor for this matter. From the date of her Orientation, she will give report to the Project Manager; and will join field operation at Hnahthial as soon as the Orientation is done.

 

In the meantime, for Sub-DIC & Satellite OST Center operation during this particular week, the Project Manager is expected to make internal arrangement from the available Project Staff.
